Villa Belanza
This amazing six bedroom, six bathroom villas been completely reformed in 2025. It’s perched high up on one of the hills just outside Ibiza town with stunning views down to the coast and the beautiful Mediterranean sea.
The international airport and Ibiza Town are both less than an eight-minute drive away and the closest beach is around five minutes by car. It’s the perfect location to explore all that Ibiza has to offer.
In the garden there’s a pool, day beds, sun-loungers and comfortable outdoor seating. There’s also a secluded roof terrace which is perfect for all day sunbathing.
The lounge has plush comfy sofas and an HD smart TV. This leads to a dining area with a table that seats eight.
All six of the bedrooms have double beds and are beautifully decorated. There’s a bedroom on the ground floor with two further bedrooms down the stairs. All have en-suite bathrooms.
Up the stairs are three further bedrooms one of which has access to its own small terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms with walk in showers. A good selection of towels is provided.
The light and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to create a delicious meal. In addition there’s a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave as well as a washing machine.
The villa has an outbuilding which is proposed to be converted into a sound space. It currently has Pioneer CDJ’s and mixer. Any musicians or DJ’s please contact for further details.
Rental rates for this apartment are:
Winter: €40,000 May: €60,000 June: €62,000 July: €77,500 August: €77,500 September: €60,000 October: €50,000
All rates are per month and a minimum stay of one month applies. Please note that all of our apartments are only available from the first of the month. We are unfortunately unable to split months. The winter rate is for the period November 1st to April 30th.
To reserve your dates please message us using the form below. If available they will be reserved for 24 hours from confirmation of availability. This should allow you time to make the deposit payment. We require a 50% deposit with the balance payable at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Water and Wi-Fi are free but there is a charge for electricity. The apartment has a meter so this is amount is calculated at check out.
A security deposit is payable either prior to or at check in. Deposit payment is by bank transfer. Card payment by Stripe is possible but there is a 3% surcharge. The balance is either bank transfer or cash on arrival. All arrival details will be issued with your booking confirmation.
